Mrs. Shalonda Sykes has served the citizens of Oktibbeha County as Deputy Clerk since April 2019. The Board of Supervisors appointed her to the position of Justice Clerk in April 2019. She loves working for the people of Oktibbeha County and the challenges that come with the job. She views change as an opportunity.
