How far will the county go up my drive when gravelling the entrance of my drive?

The county measures the right of way 50 feet from the center of the road to each side of the road. If within those 50 feet, the entrance of your drive is the first 5 or 10 feet, the county will gravel. Anything outside of those 50 feet is illegal.

If your drive is an official bus turnaround, then the rule is different.
